It is prohibited to produce tempered glass, as tempered glass may self explode in the furnace if tempered again.
Tempered glass, heat hardened glass, and partially tempered thick glass are all prone to cracking during heating.
Damaged or burst glass in the furnace should be cleaned as soon as possible. Prolonged exposure to the furnace bottom can affect the temperature uniformity inside the furnace and cause heating wire circuit faults.
In order to maintain a uniform temperature on the ceramic roller table, it is advisable to avoid causing longitudinal gaps during sheet arrangement, which may cause excessive temperature in local areas of the ceramic roller table. If longitudinal gaps cannot be avoided during film arrangement, the longitudinal gaps from the previous film arrangement should be covered during the next film arrangement.
Please make sure that there is no glass residue in the heating furnace when the machine is shut down.
