Chapter 4 Special Operation of Tempering Furnace

After the tempering furnace starts or stops production, when the furnace temperature is above 300 ℃, the main transmission button must be activated to keep the roller table in the furnace rotating continuously, in order to prevent the roller table from bending.

When the temperature inside the tempering furnace is above 300 ℃, it is strictly prohibited to raise the furnace body to accelerate cooling unless there is an emergency, otherwise it may cause deformation of the furnace body.

3. When encountering thunderstorm weather during production, production should be suspended and the computer power should be turned off. Avoid economic losses caused by power outages due to adverse weather conditions.

4. In case of abnormal movement during mechanical operation, the operator can press the emergency stop switch to stop the mechanical movement to ensure safety.
